We will always do this in a confidential way and won't disclose your name or address details. Please let us know if you'd rather we didn't do this for your session(s).

2. Disclaimer

2.1) Just Like Cat provides advice and encouragement in good faith. It will always remain your decision to dispose of items and we can not accept responsibility for any action taken on the basis of that advice, either at the time of initial consultation, during the process, or any future date following our engagement.

2.2) Just Like Cat will always work with the greatest of care, however in the case of accidental damage or loss, you accept that we will not be held liable. By using our service, you agree to cover the cost of any damage, in full, using your home contents insurance.

In the unlikely event that this happens, we reserve the right to retain any deposit paid in full and send you an invoice for 75% of the remaining balance to cover our costs and lost time.

2.4) Just Like Cat will always treat you (our client) with the utmost respect and dignity. We expect the same in return and will not accept any form of abuse or unacceptable behaviour. Please advise us if you have any known allergies, medical conditions or have had any adverse reactions in the past.

3. Disposal or removal of items

3.1) We are not qualified to value items and you are advised to seek your own valuations of any items prior to their disposal and to consider the value of each item during the decluttering process. We will not be held liable for any item which you later decide was valuable, sentimental or can't be found.

3.2) If you choose not to be present during a decluttering session, it may be necessary for us to make a judgement as to the value of item(s). We will always act with integrity and make you aware of our decisions.  In these circumstances, you agree that you'll be responsible for disposing of items separately.

3.3) We are only licenced and able to remove standard household items.

3.4) Any large, heavy or restricted items may require help from alternative organisations, to be arranged separately by you. Items to be removed from your premises either for disposal or to other locations must be done at your own discretion.
